FTE STOCKHOLM
We made it to Stockholm first try. We're getting a lot better at this whole not missing our bus thing. We built the bikes and dragged our bags a couple miles to the closest skatepark in hopes of finding somewhere to leave our luggage. Sure enough, we met someone while riding that offered to hold our bags in a warehouse while we were in town. Scandinavian hospitality strikes again. Danny and Viktor flew into town later in the day and we stumbled upon another skatepark, ate free Moroccan food, and slept in a public park before heading out to Karlstad...
FTE GOTHENBURG
So we made it to Gothenburg. And didn't miss any trains or buses while traveling there which was even better. We stayed with our friend Jonatan and his girlfriend Anna (thank you again if you're reading this) and they showed us the beautiful coast of Sweden along with the rest of their city. We also happened to be in town during Midsummer which is a huge Swedish holiday so we participated in some very traditional Swedish traditions. Oh, and we rode a mini ramp and a skatepark.
FTE WOODWARD
At about 11 P.M. on a Tuesday, we got the approval to go to Woodward for 2 days. So as soon as we all got off work the next day we drove 16 hours straight through the night to make it to camp. James and I hadn't been there in over 5 years so it was like reliving our childhood. We only had a day and a half before camp was over for the summer so we did our best to make the most of it. James did so by falling so hard on the pump track that he couldn't...
FTE MALMO
So our only objective for this entire day was to go to Sweden. And we missed our bus. Fortunately, there was another one that left 7 hours later. Our plan was to stop in Malmo for one night just to ride the skatepark that we were told was skate only. So we expected to get kicked out immediately. (Hence why we tried to catch the early bus.) But we still went for it. We also slept on a children's playground in public hammocks which made for some of the worst sleep of our lives.
FTE COPENHAGEN IV
Continuing from the last video, it took Mason and I literally all day to go retrieve our bags that we stored in a friend's garage that was miles from the city center where we were staying. That night we met up with our friends from Sweden that were in town and stayed with them for a night. We also just so happened to time our trip to Copenhagen so that we were in town for a BMX jam that we didn't even know about during the time we booked our flights. So we managed to join in a massive street...
